Description: 80 families in Afula Illit enjoy today the best quality of life. The entire neighborhood is built with detached single-story buildings comprising about 4 occupants per building and spread over 20 buildings. The Families were offered garden apartments, rooftop apartments and large 5 rooms apartments and 125 m2 apartments. The project has become a success story thanks to a winninglocation, transparency vis-a-vis the residents and high reliability.
